It’s been a challenge trying to uphold parliamentary oversight during the #Covid pandemic. One meeting we held in July with 8 members has been retrospectively deemed invalid by the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha. Yet insisting on a quorum wastes resources and undermines our work.
